Information and use

We collect the contact details, property information, timing, and messages you choose to submit. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services. Submitted seller inquiries are processed through Follow Up Boss. We retain the consent choice, disclosure, submission time, and source page associated with a seller inquiry.

The seller strategy tool prepares an email in your own email application. Its answers are not submitted by the website; you decide whether to send the email. The site also uses analytics to understand visits and interactions. Hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

Information sharing

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell phone numbers. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use service providers to operate the website, manage inquiries, and deliver communications. This does not authorize those providers to use your SMS consent for their own marketing. The contact checkbox does not authorize sharing your registration information with supporting lenders or third-party marketing partners.

Your choices

SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to SMS communications from Updegraff Group LLC.

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at mark@updegraffgroup.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
